Holy shit, give the fucking dog a break. It was either A.) a submissive pee, probably because she's SCARED of you, seeing the language and attitude you take with her or B.) she looks like a YOUNG PUPPY and they have small bladders.

but when i say she's obsessed with being pet, i mean she is OBSESSED! she NEEDS the be touched at all times. its really ridiculous to see sometimes what she'll do to get your attention.
and we dont neglect her at all. we give her the attention that any dog deserves, but it can get out of hand when she wont stop begging for attention no matter how much you just pet her.

she's actually maybe 3-4 years old at this point, she's just a small breed of dog. and she isn't scared of me, she just has an obsession with being pet. no one had been home all day and when i walked in the door she was on the step already rolling over begging for her belly to be rubbed. the only problem this time was she was too excited about being pet that she started peeing since she hadnt been put out yet.
