  • Put 4 scoops of IDS Smart Gainer 10lb(It is the cheapest and best weight gainer)

    in a blender. Add milk until the blender is 3/4 full. Add a scoop of normal oats. Add one banana. Add 3 tablespoons of peanut butter or nutella. Add some kind of fruit or vegetable. Then blend. TAKE THIS SHAKE 2-3 TIMES A DAY, OR IT WILL NOT WORK.

    MOST IMPORTANTLY:

    1. Lift weights intensly every day or every second day

    2. DO NOT buy foods like low-fat penut butter, take the high calorie/normal version
