Thanx Billycat. If you want to see more detailed images, just do a Google image search with the key words "Peart Model". Make sure the image size is set on Large Images. You'll find some pretty high resolution shots!

you down with OCD!?!? Yeah you know me!
Rush OWES you a backstage pass!
Did you make the Neil doll or was that bought?

I made Neil from a combination of wood and modeling clay.
OCD???????

Does anyone know the story behind the "Mini Neil drum-kit" that Geddy Lee had with him on the Snakes & Arrows tour?? You may have seen it spinning around beside Geddy on the Colbert Report performance. It's more of a characature of Neil but it seems like a strange coincidence that soon after I posted my model kit, Rush has one on-stage with them.

Incredible Model, but incredibly poor video. You spent over 20 years making this and then show it off to the world with an unflattering, seizure inducing, MTVesque video.
Lose the music and give a narrative "tour" with nice close up stills that stay on the screen for more than 2 seconds.
Give yourself a little credit for this amazing piece of work.

Thanks for the compliment on the model and your rather objective opinion of the video. I admit that the video is a bit raw. I put it together quite spontaneously one night with Windows Movie Maker. Having never used the program before, I approached it as more of a learning experiment. If it's close-ups you're after, some less "seizure inducing" photos have been posted on various RUSH fan sites along with a brief description on how the model was built.
