@cianandseans My God you're right. I really like Aussie but this version of the anthem (when the vocals start) sounds a bit too Andrew Lloyd Webber-ish.

@cianandseans its not that easy, at the moment we have more pressing matter than a Republic, don't get me wrong I want us to be a Republic and so does most of Australia but there needs to be a lot of dialogue from with in the the Republicans as to what model to propose (last referendum we had the option of the current system or a Republic with the President elected by the Parliament similar to the German system) I myself want a figurehead President elected every Parliamentary election by us.
