This was one of my favorite movies of all time. I highly disagree with you on your whole review. The Mike Myers cameo was not distracting at all. Brad Pitt didn't say the line about scotch. That was Micheal Fassbender. Maybe you need to see a film more than once before you write it off.

It wasn't Pitt's character, it was Lt. Hicox, the English film critic sent to the tavern with Stiglitz and the other Basterd to meet Hammersmark.

Yeah... I'm pretty sure it wasn't Pitt's character who said the line about the scotch. In fact, come to think of it, he wasn't even in that scene. Kind of hard to take someone's opinion seriously when he (seemingly) didn't pay that much attention to the movie.

this reviewer sucks someone needs to fire him. also how was mike myers cameo WILDLY distracting? he was in the movie for all of 5 minutes and nothing more. I don't think he even saw this movie. Also he said the hangover sucked which is just stupid. Basterds for me was the best film of the summer. So this guy can just fuck off.
