IRS Suffers Staggering Defeat
Tax Questions Raised Regarding Gold and Silver Coins Used to Pay Wages.

Around noon on Monday, September 17th, a Las Vegas federal jury returned its verdict refusing to convict nine defendants of any of the 161 federal tax crimes they had been charged with. The charges included income tax evasion, willful failure to file and conspiracy to evade taxes.

@bellcord No, they haven't actually. They just found a way to muscle the result they want. They still can't provide a law and never will cus it goes against suprime court ruling that personal income cannot be taxed due to being personal property.

Sorry folks. While the first trial ended in a mistrial, the second ended in a conviction on 49 counts of failure to collect or pay employment taxes, 2 counts of attempting to interfere with administering IRS laws, 4 counts of tax evasion and 1 count of wire fraud. 15 years, 10 months.

@bellcord NO ... there is NO LAW to be found! They just had help in BS in the courts and illegally dragged the guy off to the facility. He's still innocent, he's just locked away. IRS is as Federal as FedEx! FACT! It's not part of the Gov. Has NO legal right to demand taxes from income or take your stuff if you don't pay income tax. It gets worse than that! Irwin Schiff held this view for years even holding seminars telling people they couldn't produce a law saying you had to pay taxes...Mr. Schiff is currently serving 10 to 15 in a Federal Correctional facility...they seemed to have found the law..
