Make a difference Fibromyalgia Project Promo!

Have you ever wanted to make a difference in the fibromyalgia community and wanted to do something significant that would reach thousands? THIS IS YOUR CHANCE!! I plan on making an awareness video for fibromyalgia and WE are going to make it heard! I can not do this alone I need each and everyone of your help!!!!

What I need from you is a 10 sec video of you saying your name (you can just say your first name if you feel uncomfortable saying your last) that you have FMS and something special about you.

An example of this would be

"Hi My name is Jen Reynolds and I am a fibromyalgia survivor and I am proud to be the voice for fibromyalgia!"

"Hi My name is Christy and I suffer from the symptoms of fibromyalgia and I am a awesome mom"

You can mention your career as well! Anything you want!

After you make the video please upload it to youtube and send me the link (Jen@thestream.tv) so I can download it from there! You can also record right on youtube with a webcam now! Just go to upload and click on Record from webcam.

I have the capability to make this video viral.I have experience in professional editing, I have done some marketing work, and I will do press releases, I know people that have lots of connections make this happen!

Deadline for all submission will be Friday February Fifth 2010! 2/5/2010
