Had to do an apple day and it worked. I released 1.8 lbs after having stalled, and gained .6lbs altogether. Sharing some recipes: Mustard Encrusted Roast Beef with Braised Cabbage, Crab Cakes with Fennel Salad, Oven Broiled Crisp Onion Rings with London Broil, Spanish Chicken Soup, and what I did when I went out to lunch at Qdoba. I'll post the recipes on my website below.

  • you cant have any sugar or any oils on the hcg diet

  • @fernleygirl OH REALLY? lol. You might want to watch again and see that none of us ever eat any sugar in P2 or P3. And MCT oil is allowed on most current protocols because it's scientifically proven to help the body release fat. It is a specific kind of oil and you can do the research. Each individual must determine their own body's response to using it.

  • @TheGraceofChrist Some people can't tolerate it on P2, others can. I needed it and learned about the chocolate delight recipe made from cocoa and coconut oil.

  • I do the choc d on P2. Coconut helps me go farther into ketosis. Im at 80 and holding steady. Eat mine every nite to help keep me there~
