Green Ferocious

The short is just a glimpse into the world of Green Ferocious, a planned feature film by Mitchel McKenzie and Aaron Silverstein. It is the darkly comedic, violent, and at times, heartfelt tale of an unlikely duo, Simon Greenwald - an unsatisfied and often downcast advertising employee who makes a living developing marketing schemes for any number of asinine products, and Ezekiel, the wildly deranged and unnecessarily militant janitor who works (and lives) at Simon's office building. After a few uncomfortable drinks at a neighborhood bar, the two find themselves in a world of trouble when they discover the dead body of a local criminal has been dumped in Simon's car. With this discovery, Simon and Ezekiel are immediately thrust into the middle of a dangerous war erupting between two local crime syndicates. Bound by fear, paranoia, and varying degrees of stupidity, the two must scrap to find their way to safety and prove their innocence against the looming threats of crime lords, the police, a henchman named "Barracuda", archers, giant spinning menorahs, women, and a haughty restaurant entrepreneur named Hamburger Hal.
