Great question ... actually, this happened in December, and I rent the property. Because there were damaged lines in the area, moving debris was a no-no for novices.

If there's no power there, and you've video taped the damage, is there a reason you're not clearing out the fallen debris yourself? I would think it would speed things up by clearing it out. I'm commenting on just seeing this one, and no other ones yet.
