You should avoid pulling with a rounded back if you're still learning the form. He's is obviously an experienced lifter and knows the extent of what his back can handle. Form will always break down to some degree when going very heavy.
Focus on finding your pulling position aka where you need to set your hips. Make sure your back is flat or arched and pull.

Im trying to learn form on deads, It looks like his back is very very slightly rounded. I only ask because I am trying to figure out if its okay to be like this or if it should be more arched. He obviously is huge so I am in no way insulting him.
