Master Yu Xiaolin of Shanghai teaches the first two sections of the Yang Banhou style taijiquan 81 movement long form. This is also known as the "small frame" of the Yang taijiquan system. This is an instructional title with form repetition sections repeated four times.
@zero061192 that is why i put real in quotes in my opinion real tai chi no matter the form shows internal energy in the movement not just fluid motion as a dancer tho he / she may be very strong ... have you ever seen Nurjeyev leap? ... does not have internal energy like say George Xu, or Yang Jwing Ming ... among the most commonly viewed. By the way i also do not subscribe to the dualistic or 'fake' fake is not the opposite of 'real ' in my post

@cacciato66 Well you can't just say "real" or "fake". This version is actually a modified version of Yang Tai Chi. Yang Ban-hou's brother was killed in a fight, so he had taken a vow that "no Yang could ever been killed once again in a fight", so what he did was to modify his father's form so that the form is extremely vicious.
Well, I'm not saying that's bad. Imo, it's better as a "martial art" than other styles of Yang Tai chi today.
Just FYI, Yang Ban-hou was also called "Invincible Yang"
