  • Unlike today with the Post Vatican II reformation Mass, when Priests change and add prayers on their own "authority" that Vatican II never permitted, and even clearly forbidden the Priests or Bishops "own authority" on chaning the liturgy.

  • This Priest, like most ,has a few misconceptions about the Tridentine (pre Vatican II reformation) Mass. Their was a larger sense of community with the Tridentine Mass than their is now, but even then, we can't forget respect in church for community. Community, is just more than blabbing and talking and jabbering in Church. Even a few feet away from the tabernacle. It is the Sacraments, especilly the Mass being celebrated in the exact same way, in the exact same language world wide.
