"Interesting" being the operative word - as your own favored videos clearly indicate. :)
I'll get around to exploring it eventually. It's just that it doesn't have much in the way of decent public transit connections

Oh and Ravenswood, Poletown, Garfield Park, Bryn Mawr, Ukrainian Village/East Village, and West Town

Also, some of the neighborhoods you listed as "missed" are actually in a video. Ukrainian Village is there, as is Ravenswood and Little Italy. Bryn Mawr is not a neighborhood and what exactly do you mean by "Poletown". (I can think of several neighborhoods that fit this moniker)

Missed Austin, Lawndale, Little Village (La Villita), Humboldt Park, Wrigleyville (although technically part of Lakeview, so is Boys' Town which was featured), Little Italy, Avondale, Back of the Yards, and others...

I missed a lot more than the neighborhoods you listed. As I pointed out in the video description, I have a lot of neighborhoods left to explore (though i've explored quite a few of them since this video was posted)
