is there something you can put over them to moisten them? I dont know any lip treatments without oil :(!

How about I draw leopard print on over my lips and seal it with a lipstick sealant.. Might take longer but it seems like less effort. D:

You need to wear them for 5 minutes , before you add any type of products (lip gloss, chap stick etc).
