reason 4 jungle

Literally started this the day before yesterday (29/09/08) chopped up an amen, added some delay to some sections, a bit've filtering at the end and done some nominal eq'ing to the bassline...compressed it together with a seperate kick drum to give it some punch...looking for some random ideas off people so i can incorporate them! cheers guys

I simply got an amen break rex file, played around with it till i made an edit I liked, changed that a few times on top to add variation, then added a delay unit and sent the signal via aux sends at certain moments to create the delayed snares. the bass is a dirty south sub with a kick drum compressed together to give it a punch and with eq to filter out mid and upper mix frequencies so it's all low end! simple

i dont have an amen rex file in my loop folders? is it part of an add on package or something ? ive got hip hop,acoustic,chemical,dnb,dub,­electronic,glitch,hardcore,hou­se,rnb and techno but no breaks folder???

yo mate, uno you said you added a delay to the snares? if its a REX looop how did you add it too ONLY the snare ,?????? and how did you delay it only at a certain time you wanted????

can you also tell me how u stopped it so it delayed? if you know what i mean? like when the beat stop and it delayed , how did you make that happen at a certain time?

Yeah i agree with juggaspark, please make a tutorial on how to make the bassline etc. on Reason 4.

I can chop up on FL but moving onto reason and dont know how to use it.

How did you chop up the amen? Did you use the Dr rex or did you use the NN-XT with the rex? Nice stuff anyhow, I think you should add some atmostpheric pads. Give it that reinforced vibe. peace

do u have an msn or something i cud talk to you through? i dont understand, is it in one of the folders ive listed or something extra u got an add on tht gives u more loops or does it come standard cuz i cant seem to find it ..
