I was prescribed 50mg Seroquel to help me sleep at night. I only take half a tab (25mg) and it makes me feel like CRAP the next day. For me, it's exactly like an alcohol hangover and it's terrible. I'm getting off of it because it's unbearable to feel so sick,groggy, spinning, and out-of-it the next morning. My Dr. thought it was weird when I told her how it affected me, but clearly I'm not the only one who has had this side effect. Thanks for posting.

Thats how it was for me too,...at first. Now I'm on 800 mg and it barely helps me sleep, although- I take if for Bipolar not insomnia, so- go figure. I hope you're well. Stay strong.
