(new account) Yes that is Picard and Data. NO, that wasn't a joke by the makers. You can load your own pictures and when your Sims have enough skills they can paint them.

I'm sorry, but I just don't have the software to do so. If someone knows where to get some for free, please tell me. I get annoyed by this too, believe me.

That's actually pretty neat. I'd suggest speeding it up to double though with an upbeat background tune ^_^
