No mentos used in this video! People who use mentos are like baseball players who use steroids. This video was filmed back in 1996 when men were men and you just threw 2 liters up into the air and hoped for the best. Our bottles weren't "juiced" like all the pretenders of today. Actually, Archer did many experiments with unscrewing the cap in varying degrees and the consensus was that it was better to leave the cap untouched.

ok go to my channel and it will show u how myn goes lik 40 feet....but u shake it up and un do the cap just a little throw it up and it explodes

if you throw it by the cap it will spin less and cause it to go up straiter when it cracks, and if you don't shake it before you throw it it will release all its energy the second it cracks.
