the fact that gerard has considered the possibility of dying before the band is over nearly brought me to tears...i can't imagine the band without gerard, frank, mikey, ray or bob, i luv them <3

Not all of it, but I know a few things. While the band was making 'The Black Parade', they recorded the album in a haunted house and the house made Mikey depressed because he would usually have nightmares and he thought of quiting the band or killing himself, but then the band removed him from the recording and he stayed with a friend in Los Angeles while going to therapy sessions. He then returned to the band and finished the album. He said the band's music saved his life.
