@Troxxity It was published by nintendo, but I believe that Square also worked on the game, and ended up getting the rights to some of thie things from the game. I could be wrong though.

I don't see why it would be hard for Nintendo to get the rights to Geno. As far as I know, I don't think (insert company who's name escapes me here) has used it for anything. They're not exactly making use of it.
