How I got thrown into a tech start-up, Volume 1: Intro to the team (2 of 2)

I recently started project managing for a tech start-up to create a social networking site for gamers and I have never worked professionally in the tech field before. I'm working with a team that spans North America, using a project management style (agile/scrum software development) that I'm not only learning but using every day, dealing with a CEO that has high expectations, getting paid nothing, and loving it. This video will give you an intro to what it's like to commit to a tech start-up, a little bit about my team, and what kind of methods we are using.
