ok well i have the S544 its black and it wotn start up itll only start up if i press a button then imediatly plug it in... and then after a whiel it shuts off it dosnt apear to ahve absolutly 0 power left becouse when i plug it in it loosk liek its charging can anyone tell me whats wrong with it?

@Si3z3 Sometimes the lithium batteries on these sorts of devices run so flat that they take a bit of time to "kick-start" their charging again. If you haven't already, try leaving it charging overnight and see if that fixes it. Otherwise you'll probably need to talk to your local Sony service guys

i totally agree with that the ipods sucks!

i had i ipod nano and it died -_- now i have another one but i'l see when thats gonna die on me , but anywho i think im gonna but this one

Had the S638,it died.The service didn't give me a new one after many days,I cursed their mothers and what now...Now I'm getting the S544 without any more money needed for me to pay...win? :D

Ipods suck Vs Ipods rule.

I've had a few players over the years (samsung, creative, now ipod).

Personally, I love my ipod because I use it for a broad range of things. Watching movies, playing games (including ScummVM), music, apps, and so on.

And that really is the key. An ipod is probably a decent (but not the best) mp3 player, but it's used for more then that. However, if you're only after a mp3 player, get a Cowan S9 or something.

Both sides tend to not realise what the others want.

Then you sync your music from the windows media (album by album) to your player and , VUALA you have the album art.

You can do this with albums or single songs.

I´ll give you a tip about getting album art for your sony :

Put all your music in "My music" folder on your PC to get recognized by your "Windows media player" (version 12) and with your internet connection you will get all the art that you want.

Open your Windows media and all the music will be separate on albums or single songs, then you have to do right click on the album and then left click on "Find album info".

Your Windows media is going to search for titles,artists and "album arts".
