@DirtyElectroFiend Most likely one and a half weeks after passaging has been stopped (the maintence of pluripotency) and differenciation has been induced. Before that, time can be long since passaging can be constantly done. But if no passaging and direct induction of differentiation, then I guess around 3 and a half weeks total. Also, depending on method, the number of cardiomycocytes and time taken is different.
