Is it alright if we just eat fruits or granola bars for breakfast, lunch, and dinner??

@Romantic2408 Fruit is great, but you'll also need protien,m and even a little bit of healthy fat to be well-balanced. Granola bars vary, some are healthy and some are not. read the labels and make sure the first few ingredients area real food and not sugar, chemicals or saturated fats. Nuts are great to eat, so if a granola bar has nuts you will get more bang for your buck. Hope that helps.

@MegaKristen91 You can actually eat bigger meals if you eat the right thing. For instance, a head of lettuce is much bigger than large fries, but the lettuces has only a fraction of the calories.
