I love this song but I've always hated Wayne Husseys obnoxious overly dramatic voice.

This song was written - music and lyric - by Wayne Hussey. It was recorded in 1985 but you can find it in "the first chapter" (also in "gods own medicine") of The Mission sung - better in my opinion - by Wayne Hussey.

I can't decide which is better

Overall, however,
I like Andrew Eldritch better.
I wasn't a big fan of Hussey untill I saw the Severina Whistle Performance
Now...
Eldritch is Idol #1,
Hussey is #2
