  • This man is one of my few non-fictional heroes. I try to not let left/right or Republican/Democrat terms and factions cloud my judgement, since it's really hurting the country now, but I know good character when I see it. He stands for a lot of things I believe strongly in, and I can only imagine how stressful it must be to take up a task like his, while trying to avoid the corruptions of modern American politics. Support from the west coast, baby.

  • We need YOU to run for office Rep. Allen West

    Please.

    West 2012!

  • @Kenneth1944

Buddy, he voted NO on the Act. Go to thomas.gov or go to his facebook page. He Voted "NO" on the act... We promise you he did

  • the last caller is a witch

  • I listened to the video and he clearly states that he voted for the extension of the Patriot Act. I consider this Act is removing freedoms and rights of the American people and giving an open hand to the President.

  • @jgrodin

Thanks so much for telling me that! I wish I could remember my source for that incorrect info, but I can't! I'll try to find it.

Thanks again, your correction makes me very happy!

  • Agree with @Socksee, West opposed the extension. We need West to run for President. Where else are we seeing this kind of leadership???

  • @Socksee Actually he did not vote to extend the Patriot Act...check your facts

  • I think he might be a TeoCon. He claims to be for a limited government and Constitutional liberties, but he voted to extend the controversial Patriot Act that many say much (if not all) of it violates the Bill of Rights. So I'm going to "wait and see" on him.
