  • @ScottHermanFitness Should one use the same weight for each exercise? I ask cause I'm trying to get back into training after some injuries and some muscle groups have retained much more strength than others and the weight I use for one exercise is far too much for others.

  • @xVoltagex100 I had the same problem but I use a bench now instead of the ball. I don't know if that's an option for you but I'm sure you could find something similar or get a ball for like £7 from amazon or if you're not British you'll probably get one cheaper than that - UK economy's dump! :D
