CoughLAZYcough. think if all the wallmart shoppers got this done! it would be a disaster. theres a reason you have to put effort into normal makeup. doing this only proves your ugly on the inside

I will just warn everybody. I had semi-permanent eyeliner made 12 years ago, and it is still there ! It is not faded much.

FYI for people asking about Temporary or Permanent make, it is done with a tattoo gun. Some tattoo artists do permanent make up and its a lot cheaper than going to a make up artist. BUT the only problems are one, you have to make sure you have EXACTLY what you want as the tattoo artist may not be a trained make up artist and two if you get a beauty spot for example and its tattooed in black ink on your face, as you age the spot will turn a blue shade so getting a dark brown shade is advised!
