Ever noticed when a women commits a sexual act 2 a boy notice how shes never called a perv , notice how shes not called sick, notice how people dont tell her that she should die. Notice how people never call her scub of the earth. We live in a double standard society.

@ColonelCosmic True!!!! A women can sleep with a 10 year old boy and its looked at as being okay, While a man sleep with a 16 year old female and he gets littered, with extreme hate and 16 is way older than 10. And female mature earlier than males. They get they're way in the dateing world also.

I agree as a female I think this double standard society has to stop. People should be judeged on their individual circustances and crimes, not their gender. You have to look at the evidence and if the suspect feels remorse or not, and if they will better their behavior to stop their abusive behavior in the future.

Themanonthestreet, Thank you for making this video. I have been saying for a long time that it is necessary for women that are sex offenders to get a sentence and charges based on the crimes they have done, not on their gender.
I'm a woman and I want to see the double standard society beliefs end.
So in response to some of the comments, if a women commits a sexual act to a boy she is a PERVERT. It is inappropriate and wrong for grown adults to commit sex with a child.

@kambridge967 Just like most things in society (violence, sexual activity, hobbies, lifestyle, clothing options, etc) society considers it a-okay when a women does something that a man would be shamed and ridiculed, if not outright shunned, ostracized or physically punished, for doing.
There never was a "pendulum", but the "scales" of equality are tipped way, WAY in the favor of being born as a female.
-
@themanonthestreet Powerful video! People seeking to defend abusive women here, only strengthens your argument. It's high time there was the concept of 'engulfment' included in rape legislation as well as penetration. In Scotland, where I live, you specifically need a penis to commit rape!

TALK ABOUT HYPOCRISY WITHIN THE LAW- Its actually LEGAL for women to become sexually aroused even to the point of achieving ORGASMS(yep thats the same as when men get an erection and orgasms with ejaculation) during breastfeeding as a baby or child sucks and fondles on their tits and erected nipples but only if their intention is to breastfeed as the law sees them as being innocent because its difficult to control although it is still feeding combined with PEDOPHILIA and tthe law are in DENIAL.
-
@xXvolhvXx Well a vagina cannot engage in penetration so combine that with being wet for an hour then the women has a multiple orgasm session going on with another female as their cun and butts rub. IM JEALOUS.
-
AND THE LAW ACTUALLY ALLOWS WOMEN TO MASTURBATE DURING BREASTFEEDING OF A BABY OR CHILD just as long as her intention is to breastfeed but that still makes ker a PEDOPHILE and the law allows it the same way when they let other women pedos out of jail in 1 day when they do a kid.

@domram12 What? Penetration is not possible? Haven't you ever heard of pegging?
If I were given a chance to have sex with Pamela Turner or Debra Lafave when I was 13 or 14, I would have JUMPED at the opportunity. I doubt I would have been traumatized.

@qmulus1: At that age, a young male (young females too) having a sexual relationship - statutorilly raped actually, will undoubtedly have an unhealthy view of sex. Sure, one could say "trauma" may be a bit much to describe, but not all teenagers have the mental capacity to process such a "relationship". Thus the reason for laws against it. And having people claim "what's the big deal, he probably wanted and enjoyed it" sounds an aweful like victim shaming... naughty naughty!

@themanonthestreet Young kids have sex with eachother quite frequently. Many of my friends started in their early teens. I observe no unhealthy views about sex in them. In fact, it wasn't until I stopped thinking about having sex, and actually had sex that I got a more realistic view of what sex is. If I ever have a son, I'll tell him to loose his virginity early to a girl he cares for. Then once the mystery and romanticism have been lifted, he can focus on more important things.

@qmulus1; Anecdotal evidence at best does not make it ok TBH. As I said above - "not all teenagers have the mental capacity to process such a "relationship". Thus the reason for laws against it. "

@themanonthestreet How does anyone gain the mental capacity to "process" such a relationship? The only way I know is to actually be in and experience one. Everyone is different. Besides, In some countries, the age of consent is as low as 12 (which I find disgusting btw). Are we to believe that 16 and 17 year olds in other countries have a naturally higher capacity to handle sexual activity?

@qmulus1: AHHH! But therein lies the rub. You speak of other cultures. I live in the US, and OUR CULTURE is how I believe it should be. If I thought otherwise, I'd live there. Sex between and adult and a child/teen is legally, socially, and IMO morally wrong in the US. But we are getting off point here. The point is that we are supposed to be equal under the eyes of the law - men and women... When clearly, we are not.
