Andrew Kramer's "Energetic Titles" in the metro of Berlin

I was sitting in the metro, driving home, not expecting anything and BOOOM, I see how an institute called SAE uses Andrew's effect, exactly as it is, for advertising.
Oh well... the 08/15 editors on Youtube aren't enough I guess.

I also saw this on a Commercial today, for Dish Network or Direct TV, and it should be illegal, because the Copyright says not for resale, and they are getting paid for this.

Wow, really cheap move. I don't believe they could be sued though, Andrew Kramer is pretty much giving his tutorials for free and as long as they didn't copy anything except for the steps - it should be legal. So if they just downloaded the project file and then raped it, it would've been a different story.

Heh, you could always complain or even tell Kramer, the man himself about how his work is used and abused. Though I do agree, it's going too far to do something like that where millions of people on the metro will be watching.

Rofl, there is no problem in using his videos, they are MADE for commercial use, and in the trailer they were used very well.

You can't compare simply copied tutorial results and collections like Riot Gear.
