its only lebanese hash if you are using plants grown in lebanon....

@EntertainingShit dry kief might be the problem - was for me. if you want to make hash out of that, put it in a little cellophane packet like the bottom of a cigarette pack and pack it tight. then wrap around 2 layers of newspaper around it. put that in an oven until the newspaper dries out. then compress the whole package as much as you can (rolling pin or something of the sort) and leave it to cool.
