this ad caused so much destruction to the USA, but the rich got richer and earned more power and that was the sole purpose of the Republican party

The Horton ad the first one was done right after the murderer killed his victims by a anti-furlough group that came into existence in the 70's. The issue was brought up bby them and by ONE aL GORE JR. IN THE DEMOCRAP CONVENTION. sMEARING LIEFTIST LIARS FABRICATING SHIOT COVERING UP THEIR CRIMES AND WHINING ABOUT IMAGINARY WACISM WHENEVER YOU REFUTE THEIR BULLSHIT AND THE RACIST PRO BACK MRUDERER AGENDA.

Presidents don't pass budgets, Congress does.

Democrats had the House for 50 years and the Senate for the majority of that time too.

Then Republicans swept into power in 1994, cleaned up the mess and forced Clinton to make cuts.

Our current depression started in late 2007, about a year into the Democrats 2006 victory.

BTW, Bush is a liberal: Obama copies Bush's economic plans (bail out corps) and his foreign policy (refuse to send a surge). Only difference is domestics.

Wikipedia is editable. The "Southern strategy" is a public education myth. Look for the book "The End of Southern Exceptionalism" by Richard Johnston and Byron Shafer.

You can't site anything racist from Fox News, but you are a racist for comparing our President to Willie Horton and then saying he is a "chimp".

You must be from the Robert Byrd wing of the Democratic Party.

I'll back off saying the photo was not there. I can't back it up with fact anymore than you can that it was there. I'll take your word. I'm quite conservative and will be happy to "embrace a winning strategy" when I see someone I can trust and that also has a strategy that makes sense and is within the realm of reality, not just talk that sounds good. I've not given up on my country yet. Obama has not yet won and the "silent majority needs to keep getting louder.

The majority wants Obama. We are relieved not to have a liar-in-chief who follows a warped frustrated old Cheney. We like Obama 'cause he is smart & a public servant. Yet we educated liberals fear for a nation without a good, strong, intelligent, compassionate right wing. These teabaggers & their transnational business underwriters are not what our founders wanted. A real right wing, that keeps our military strong & our spending down keeps us balanced. I look forward to u taking your party back.

I had to laugh about your comment about the military and my use of socialist pigs. The military does not select the form of government. They follow orders from up the chain. I'm former military and at no time did I have anything close to any say over what the government did. To compare what I said to my in some way deriding our military is a big stretch. To put down the people who are labeled "teabaggers" is just a lame way to comdemn people who care and are letting that be known.

Ah but you are thoughtful, so do you see that we enjoy protection of the finest military in history because of our taxes? It is, by definition, a socialist service, just as are police, fire, libraries & schools. Social responsibility makes a good society. That goes back to ancient Greece where graduated tax rates were invented. But Ben Franklin & Thomas Payne removed the emperor from the mix. We are our own kings. Together we must debate & arrive at policy for the good of all: social democracy.

I don't think any resonable person, left or right, will say we should have no taxes. It's how you tax and how you sepnd those taxes so the people benefit. Not just certain parts of the population either. It's like this ObamaCare. There is no way to do it without taxing. If you listen to Obama and his minions, they will pay a good part by cutting down on the fraud, etc. If it is so easy to cut the fraud and abuse, why aren't they doing it now? Do you see Obama talking to the right? Not!

Lastly, Cuba, North Korea, Vietnam, Venezuela, etc. are a few socialist countries that come to mind. The Governments run the show. How well is that working for the people? If the Democrats really wanted to help the "poor" they would be getting them off relying on the government. This country ran quite well under the Constitution until political agendas got in the way. Where do all the countries of the world come to for help? Socialism isn't working elsewhere. Why would it here?
