to be honest, its the casinos fault, for hiring such fucking spasticated dealers, shes clearly clueless, and im pretty sure she short changed the first guy who she doubled up, he had like 4 stacks in front of him and she only gave him 2 full stacks.

Dealers fault - she dealt the river too quickly without getting a call or fold from seat 8 - so the guy found himself still holding his cards when the river was dealt. Did he take advantage of that? Or course. If he made his hand on the river would he have said he called the all in? Of course. Is that a scum bag move? Of course. But in the end the dealer is at fault.

the dealer clearly says "He's all in" That guy is trying to say that he only pushed with 100 and then folded when the guy calls all in after the push and he stays holding his cards for the river. to me that means he called the all in.

THE RULE IS....the river comes back into the deck and then the first action is asked if he wants to call? Then the deck is shuffled and then river put on board. Floor was wrong too

It was 100 percent the fault of the dealer that the hand WAS ALLOWED to be played that way. She did not wait for the third player to make a decision as it was his turn to act after the two all in's in front of him. She can't claim she thought he folded because it is the duty of the dealer to have the player in that spot either muck his hand or take in his bet. I would have asked the floor man to remove her.
