  • i fully agree with what he says, i don't believe that if someone does something bad and he's a member of a group, then the whole group gets in trouble for the actions of that one or two people. If people are members of a group and are committing crimes then ofcourse prosecute them, but prosecute them individually for their individual actions, don't use their behaviour to justify perpetuating a personal vendetta against the entire group.

  • "THEY CAME FIRST for the Communists,

    and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.

THEN THEY CAME for the Jews,

    and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.

THEN THEY CAME for the trade unionists,

    and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist.

THEN THEY CAME for the Catholics,

and I didnt speak up because I was a Protestant.

    THEN THEY CAME for me

and by that time no one was left to speak up."

  • good bloody point if you ask me

  • i agree and thank the 1% community for all their efforts, their actions just helped us all.

  • Nicely said and quite cool that he is very articulate yet gruff sounding. This needs to be said more often. The media know full well that readers will likely take as gospel what information they have received via mass media. Yet they still report irresponsibly. I am be very worried about these laws getting passed.

  • @67675656565655656565 agreed.. Lets put it this way you cultivate an image, persona, of being outside the mainstream, of doing your own thing and meeting and bonding with others who share that..nothing wrong with that but if you strive to be outside the mainstream yet when the mainstream judges you because your outside then whos fault is that? you must accept all that goes with being on the outside, good and bad fair and unfair... Welcome to the life of minorities

  • I'd rather he discuss the requirements of becoming a member and what it takes to become a 1% er ...but the law is unjust ..it's too vague

  • So what about an equal right to start a new 1% club?

  • The media is full of shit if ferret was right about that. But it is hard to believe nowadays about outlaw motorcycle gangs. Are only in it for the friendship, comradere, loyalty and motorbikes and the whole lifestyle that goes with it, to me that would be very appealing to join then. But saying all bikies are bad people is narrow minded i am sure theres some good bikies out there.

It does seem a prerequisite to have a crimminal record.

  • @DaManIzBack And if we to punish the group for the actions of the few then we should hold our government officials and law enforcement to that same rule

  • You all, lost your right to own a hand gun, and a rifle, what's to stop them from taking away your right to gather and ride.

  • at the end of the day you can be and should be , only responsible for your own actions... if one man out of 200 does something wrong only one man should find himself in trouble...

    well said ferret..
