@lysyrg25 yes, he was "haunted" and they were both addicts doing things that were wrong. Layne was going to die one way or the other; that's just the truth. He was at that bar almost every day nodding off. Ask anyone who lived in Seattle at the time. My husband knew Layne and the others. Some people just don't know what they are talking about.

@mustangmickey1 It's not that he was "haunted" by not helping him.He stole items and cash from Layne when he was helplessly dieing.

@lysyrg25 Layne told Mike that if he called for help their friendship would be over. He could be found in a bar in Seattle sitting in a corner every day. Mike was haunted by not helping Layne. Watch Celebrity Rehab, you will realize just how messed up he was over it Layne's Mom came to tell Mike it was ok. She told Mike to move on with his life; Layne would be proud of him. It's sad that his demons came back and got him in the end. Now he's with Layne making music for eternity. RIP to both
