wow not bad^^

I think its healthy of you to realize that mentally and physically this was not for you, no matter how many admirers you had out here in the cyberworld. If you didn't feel attractive and your knees or back or feet hurt and your doctor noted you weren't healthy with high blood pressure or diabetes or precursors to these conditions, then you made the right choice. Eat healthy food, get weight bearing and aerobic exercise and you'll live a good long life and you'll feel and look good too.

it isnt harder to loose weight?

Interesting what you have to say. I know it is really difficult to gain and be fat, that is why I admire gainers enormously.

I'm really interested to know how you lost it all! No one would ever guess you were any larger; you look great either way and you definitely look great having worked out! Nice payoff!

I agree with you totally even if everybody disses me i agree its wrong to gain wheigt becuase you die soone then you should grow stronger physicaly its better you live longer GO MUSCLE BUILDERS!!!

u should totally gain but only if u want to but not to the completly unhealthy beyond reason thing!!!
No need to apologize for becoming lean and fit. Fat can be sexy, but not if you're uncomfortable with it.

No need to gain weight unless you feel better about yourself being rounder. ;)
And as you say, it's healthier having a moderate weight. Though it's not healthy feeling bad about oneself and dieting either.
Just like yourself as you are. And if you unintentionally put on weight, like yourself just as much. The happiness isn't in the weight or body appearance you know ^^
