Thanks. Brendon actually was featured on From the Top in 2008! He is a semi-finalist in the Sphinx Competition this year.

Also congratulations on his making the semi-finals of the Sphinx!!!! Is that online, or do you/will you be posting his performances?

Thanks again. You had me laughing so much! I guess it is good that you were drawn in by the performance. The Sphinx Competition will be held the first week of Februay 2010. I hope to record the performances and post them if possible. He will be playing Mozart No. 4, and Bach Sonata for Solo violin in G minor. Both of those are posted on his page if you want to listen.

Oh sorry! I feel so stupid: it's right there in the info. box! I usually read all the info. but seems all I saw last night was "at age 13" and "his favorite piece" and then I was so drawn into the performance that I stopped reading and starting listening more deeply! 

How wonderful that he got on the show, (tho I'm not surprised at all)! I am definitely going to go check that out tonight! Thank you for poiting out my myopia, I'll have my glasses on next time!
