this coke issue you have ! youre not alone i tried to make an agreement with myself to only drink it on weekends because i tend to drink it with every evening meal, luckily i cant drink it during the day (just seems abit wrong) but i do feel as though im rotting my insides abit by regular use, so yes, youre not the only one with coca cola guilt !

Brilliant Video!!. Just a bit of info on coca cola. Diet drinks make you feel hungry because they send a message to your brain saying sugar is coming so when its not you get hunger pangs. Its to do with the Artificial Sweetners. You are better off drinking regular coke. Ive been in soft drink industry Honest!!. Love your Whispers.

I think that dark bread might be called "pumpernickel" (although I seriously doubt that that's the correct spelling). Half of my family is Dutch, though, and so that might be the Dutch name for it. Either way, hope that helps!
