@LSPena777 The one thing you always have to be aware of is that you are the only thing taking care of your safety, you have no back up such as airbags or a roll cage so you really have to look after yourself. Expect that other motorists don´t see you and anticipate for that. Still even if you do all that there is still a risk, but usually if a rider gets killed it´s not their own fault. In Holland it isn't too bad, but i also have had my number of close calls.

@chris17181 I am a freshman and got my Car and Motorcycles learners permits but my parents won't let me buy a bike... even if i pay for every penny of it.

I am really interested in motorcycling thanks to you and M13 but with a high rate of deaths in motorcycles accidents (here in Brazil at least) it makes me think twice. Any safety tips or if the danger is really THAT high ?
