@ThtLike Reason #2 why you shouldn't use a spacer ring. Reason #1: It looks tacky when you see lens vignette. A professional software vignette adds class, lens vignette takes class away.

@Braulio258 I got the CX-12, one of the first HD handycams, I think maybe the first, I could be wrong. I bought the new lens tonight (Opteka), and after watching your video, among others, I'm getting anxious with anticipation. You're lucky to get this for Christmas. I never got any gifts so expensive as a kid. Good job on the vid kid.
