Well, maybe that's the only place for them to get fresh air. It looks like a small yard. And they shouldn't be too frightened as they have a place to run to and hide in. The worst for a rabbit is when they're scared and have nowhere to hide.

Wow never keep a rabbit at the road side of your house. so dangerous. rabbits easily take haerat attacks and fits which can and often do lead to death.

That can be very dangerous. It may a heart attack. If i were you, I wouldn't let their pens be so close to the road. SUCH a bad idea

Ok... the rabbits are not gonna have a heart attack. Rabbits aren't THAT frail. Getting them used to sounds may actually be a good thing. Their play pen looks awesome.
