You can actually sample four bars if you press the + button repeatedly till it says "End" in the display before you press the ON/OFF button, could be useful if you are running out of time and need to mix in the next song.

Did you know that the beginning of this video was used in a Painkiller track called "Roll Feature"?

Is Joe still sponsering you as u have over 123,000 views?

@paintitblack01 The ROLL effect if slightly different from a LOOP. Sometimes the effect is also called a Loop roll, so its kinda confusing. Although u can loop with cdjs, once you leave the loop, the cdj takes you straight back to where you left off, ie AT THE END OF THE LOOP. The roll (or loop roll) also loops the music, but when you disengage the effect, you jump to the point in the track where you would have been had you not used the effect at all. Sorry for the caps, tryin to be clear :)

Awesome tip man, thanks, just got my DJM400 and cant wait to try this feature out! thanks...

you have mutch equipment isn't?

@paintitblack01 the instant loop feature is not available on the professional CDjs . b/c its not accurate. the mixer is better at detecting bpm down to the millisecond. the 1000's (club standard) dont have the instant loop, they have cue points

"robot?...Face" Love it.

@paintitblack01 You guessed right bro!! I'm using this mixer with my Technics 1210's & I'm loving it! Getting cdj 900's in about a month (still in the process of saving up 4 them) & I cant wait!! By the way peace out & keep spinnin to all dj's. My guitar playing buddy keeps giving me stick 4 not playing a "real" instrument. F**k him!!

Can't you just do that using the loop features on the cdj 400??
why does the mixer want to throw in features that you can get on cdj's?
im guessing for vinyl turntableists.
