Cloey and Paige navigate their mid-twenties with duel force youthful malaise and lo-fi ambition. Their party-zone summer comes to an end when the rainclouds of fall roll in and the childhood friends drift apart in different directions.

Featuring live performances by Glass Candy and Starfucker and an appearance by Daniel Baldwin as Cloey's check writing benefactor/inspirational pop, 'City Baby' documents a hipster utopia located in Portland Oregon revolving through the lives of a few sexy, style conscious kids surviving extreme love affairs and complicated friendships.
