This is awesome! Bravo - do you know where I can find the music to this?
-
is there a moeller stroke or bounce trick to getting a fast one hand roll with the triangle beater?
-
that piece is amazing! i'll have to play it, but it assumes a lot of tecqnique studies i've never seen before..like the one handed roll on the 2 bongos..may in 2 years i'll be able to do..
-
I like the "marching tenor" set-up of the drums.
-
Love this! Thank you for sharing! Blessed Be!!!!

Definition of a percussionist. Love the dynamics and the anticipation between certain rythm. It's like your telling a story. Love it

Hey Casey, excellent performance, beautiful. I just wanted to ask you what kind of devices / mics are you using to record ? Thank you very much.

@martinlentini hey, it's just my Samsung camera's mic. It's strange how great that camera's mic picks up drums. Marimba...not so much, but excellent for this

Hey Casey
Sounds Awesome. What size gongs did you use on this piece?

@RTM11745 hey, thanks very much. They are 6 and 8 inch gongs, but anything small would do fine

What inspires you to wrtie such music, I'm including every work of you, do you imagine a story while writing or it just comes like that?

@bucoslo I never have a specific story in mind. However, like stories and arts in general, the point is to share a concept or idea. Music and stories are very similar in that they both give the observer an experience; the purpose of the experience is to amplify the concept or idea, making it more meaningful/personal to the observer.
