@gamewizardcatm, I don't think it is the power cord... I think it is an internal issue. I suggest you try AV and if that doesn't work then you might have to replace a capacitor.

@gamewizardcat I have the model 2

@gamewizardcat It would have to be the 1st version, model 1. Those are supposedly suitable replacements for the Turbo. I really looks like an power adapter issue.

Are you using the original power source? If its just the RF, use the video tutorial on my AV mod I have, its the 1st video I put up. You will get stereo sound and composite output, and it would cost you around $5 to do.

@bray8916 I am using an NES Power Source. That should work though. I'll check out your video on the AV mod! :) Thanks for the help!

@gamewizardcat Try a Genesis plug instead or a SMS. It might work.

@bray8916 I'm sure I can get a Model 1 Power supply! A vendor at the Flea Market has loads of Power Cords for all systems $5 each.

@bray8916 What model genesis power cord? I think I have the Genesis 3 Power Cord and possibly the Genesis 2 Power Cord...

What's the problem with it? I can't watch the video with sound at the moment because it's like 5 in the morning and I could wake my cousin up.

@SpyroTheDragon1267 I'll try buying a new RF box for the inside of the system. The RF switch works fine. Anyway, do you have a Sega Genesis? I have the model 3 Sega Genesis.
