Cockatiel Doing An Alarm Sound

Jasper used to do this when I first got him, but now it's very rare he does it. He also does this weird hopping thing - He whistles and hops at the same time. He's soo cute : )

Thanks, I got my cage at my pet shop. It's an old model from Hagen that was originally 565$ bu t I got it for 250$ : )
