My mom used to move the furniture around before my dad would get home after drinking... (Mom would like me to mention that this hasn't happened in MANY YEARS.... Dad stopped drinking.. go figure)

Lyrics:
I don't know what time it was
when I got home last night
But I tried not to wake you up
by stumbling thru the house just right
I musta drank more than I thought or
I'm as blind as a bat
Cause I can't seem to recall
where all the furniture is at....

Refrain:
Why'd you move the coffee table
why'd you move that big ol' chair
the Loveseat in front of the front door
made me do two flips the air
Why'd ya move the television
why'd ya move anything at all
If I weren't such a loving man
I'd think you wanted me to take a fall

Now somethings tellin' me
you might be angry
you haven't said a word to me
all morn
And I can't tell
if those looks you gave'd to me
are full of laughter
or of scorn

(refrain)

I'm athinkin' yer thinkin'
this is funny
and you haven't even heard
my side
But it's time for work
we'll talk about it later
would please help me bandage
up my Pride

(Refrain)

I don't know what time it was
when I got home last night...
