This fan is one of my favorites for cooling a large room. Very quiet and efficient with its permanent split capacitor motor. Motor tag says .75 amps.

  • Is that a 77648 AS? Very nice fan BTW, Emerson's one of my favorite brands.

  • Its actually a 77648-AN with the brown wrinkle finish. I do have a 77648-AS thats just like the 12" version, but it has a really worn bearing.

  • That badge is a beauty. How's the cage all-in-all? It looks pretty good.

  • They do, I have a 12" version of this fan and rarely need to use the higher speeds. The deep pitch allows for low RPM's, which make these fans quiet while delivering massive airflow.
