I had the very great pleasure of meeting,talking and being of some small service to Mr Farnham & his wife over a long period of time."Never Mr Farnham please..John is fine", was his come back.Sitting listening to him & his friends sing in a casual setting was amazing.Listening to the power of The Voice was "divine" and his humility,humour & life is something Australia can be proud of. Farnham has a great voice but this song is OWNED by Mossy and Barnesy, and of course brilliant songwriting by steve prestwitch rip. You had to grow up in the Cold Chisel era to appreciate where and when the song takes you back to. Gives me goosebumps. This version doesn't produce goosebumps, its like a version for all the nannas in the audience :) Just my opinion of course.
